Rachael Maras

First Impressions Coordinator - Strip District Campus

Rachael joined Orchard Hill staff in January 2024 as the Strip District Campus First Impressions Coordinator. She started attending in 2021 when her sister suggested checking out the Strip District Campus, and she never looked back. Rachael's been involved from the beginning as a volunteer on the Host and Student Ministry teams, and has been regularly attending small groups

Before coming to Orchard Hill, Rachael lived in Washington D.C. and still works full time as a Project Manager. The pandemic's best gift was allowing her the freedom to move to Missoula, Montana. She fueled her dreams of living in the mountains, learned to fly fish, play ice hockey, and spent many afternoons hiking.

Rachael moved back to Pittsburgh in 2021 and bought a house in the South Hills. She became a dog person after adopting her best bud Maddie, and still enjoys long hikes, traveling, watching her pup tackle her furry friends at the dog park, and spending time with friends and family.
