KidsFest ‘25
For over 30 years, this unique summer day camp has provided one incredible week-long fun-fest packed with sports, water fun, live music, and more. Open to all kids entering first through sixth grade, your camper will be a part of a small team with other kids of the same age and gender. Together, they will learn about the love of God in a fun and interactive way.
For kids entering grades one through six in the fall of 2025.

If your child is on a wait-list and a spot opens because of a cancellation, you will be in line for that spot. If there is not a spot available by the Friday before camp, your registration will be refunded.

Want to Serve at KidsFest?
Make a difference in a camper's life this summer by serving at KidsFest '25! There are plenty of opportunities for middle school, high school, and college students as well as adults.
Summer Staff, Middle School Serve, and Adult Serve Applications are available.
What to Expect for Campers
This outrageous camp is fun-filled with paintball, bubble foam cannons, archery, hockey, basketball, GaGa ball, 28’ water slides, arts and crafts, skits, a live band, and so much more!
Imagine the energy of kids and their leaders all gathered in one place at one time with one goal in mind. That’s the experience at KidsFest Club. Each weekday KidsFest begins and ends with all the teams together with lights, sound, and stage in the Worship Center! Club starts off with a high-energy, rockin’ time led by the KidsFest Band followed by a ridiculously fun and interactive skit with comical characters that take kids on a week-long journey to learn a biblical principle.
Camper check-in begins at 9:50 am with KidsFest Club beginning promptly at 10:00 am. From there, campers will experience a full day of games, team time, and outdoor activities. Campers will wrap up each weekday with another rockin’ KidsFest Club ending with camper pick-up at 3:30 pm.

Family Kickoff
The Sunday before your week at Camp
6:00 - 7:00 pm, Worship Center
Start the week filled with music, video, and fun at this family friendly kickoff. Meet your team leaders, get your T-shirt, talk with a nurse, and get any questions answered by the team of volunteers and staff.
KidsFest Club
Monday - Friday
10:00 - 10:30 am | 3:00 - 3:30 pm
Each weekday begins and ends with all the teams together with KidsFest Club! Club starts off with a high-energy, rockin’ time led by the KidsFest Band followed by a ridiculously fun and interactive skit. After checking in your camper, parents are welcome to watch Club from the balcony.

9:00 and 10:45 am, Worship Center
Wrap up your camper’s KidsFest week with the Weekend Team Celebration at one of the Sunday services! Watch your child on stage with their team as they sing favorite KidsFest songs and enjoy a video that captures the highlights of their week-long experience.

Because of high demand, we ask that families only register for one week, to allow others the chance to participate.

Yes! Please make sure to mark who you want your child on a team with on the registration form.
Campers are assigned to teams based upon gender and grade. They are grouped as follows:
First and Second Grade Boys
First and Second Grade Girls
Third and Fourth Grade Boys
Third and Fourth Grade Girls
Fifth and Sixth Grade Boys
Fifth and Sixth Grade Girls
Every effort is made to honor the friend request on your child’s registration form.
My child is in a different age group and or gender than their friend. Can they be on the same team? For the best experience, children must be on the team corresponding to their grade and gender.

No. Please let Lyndsay know if your child cannot attend. The person who wants your child's spot will still have to register online and fill out all the information on their own form.

There is a 50% non-refundable fee for cancellations after June 1.

Please call and ask for Lyndsay Garrighan to change your child’s week. We cannot guarantee that there will be room for your child during that week, or that their new friend requests will be honored.

No, campers can only be registered for one week, whether that is a normal registration or a waitlist.
KidsFest Day

Parents are invited each morning for coffee beginning at 9:30 am and may check-in their child at 9:50 am. Parents are also encouraged to stay and enjoy the excitement of Club which begins at 10 am in the Worship Center! Camp ends at 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

A security pass is given to the parent by the team leader during check-in. Please stop by the Welcome Center and drop off the security pass and provide the name and phone number of the authorized adult who will be picking up your child. This adult must present a photo ID to the Welcome Center in order to receive your child’s security pass which they then present to your child’s Team Leader.

We do provide Early Drop-off Childcare in the morning. Childcare opens at 8:30 am. The additional cost is $50 per child.

Campers bring their own bagged lunches and eat with their team. Each team has a picnic cooler for storing their lunches. We recommend that lunches be packed in disposable plastic bags. Condensation from water bottles causes paper bags to break. Water is available to the campers throughout the day.

Campers should wear their bathing suit under their KidsFest shirt to camp and bring a towel and a change of clothes. Items should be packed in a drawstring type bag. No large backpacks please! PLEASE LABEL ALL PERSONAL ITEMS INCLUDING TEAM #.

Campers will meet their teammates and leaders during Sunday Kick-off.

This year’s T-shirt color will be revealed during Kick-off. T-shirts are distributed by the team leaders at this time.

No. T-shirts are distributed at Kickoff.

You can pick up a friend's shirt at Sunday Kickoff if you know their team number. Shirts can be picked Monday morning as well.

If you did not purchase extra shirts with your registration, additional t-shirts may be available for purchase at the KidsFest Store in the morning before camp begins and in the afternoon after camp ends.

Camper shirts can be picked up Monday mornings in the lobby. Please arrive before 9:50 am to allow adequate pick-up time.

The Nurse’s Station is open during Kickoff and during camp. Parents may speak with the medical staff and register their child’s medications at this time. All medications receive a sticker that states it has been viewed and accepted by the Nurse’s Station.

KidsFest is a Christian sports camp with approximately 600 campers per week. There are moments of loud noise, bright lights, and high activity in addition to times of small groups conversation. If you feel your child may have medical conditions (physical, mental, or emotional) that could interfere with camp activities, we recommend you speaking to Lyndsay Garrighan before registering so we can best serve you and your child.
We welcome any health coordinators, aids, or nurses to attend camp with your child. Please also reach out to Lyndsay Garrighan for further information.
